VA Announces Selection for Development of New

COLUMBUS, GA – The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and Central Alabama Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHCS) announced the selection of a proposal from PH, LLC dba Molasky Group of Companies, Inc.  of Las Vegas for the award for development and delivery of the new Columbus Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) following a competitive lease procurement process. The new facility will be located at, 2357 Warm Springs Road, Columbus, Georgia, 31904.

The 20-year lease will provide for a 55,000-net usable square foot (NUSF) permanent replacement clinic to meet the needs of the more than 22,000 Veterans who currently receive services in Columbus and the surrounding Muscogee County -  as well as those projected to utilize the clinic in the future.

Construction of the space is slated to begin winter 2019 with an estimated completion date of spring 2021. Once completed, the facility will provide Primary Care and Mental Health services. Veterans and their families in the Columbus, GA/Phoenix City, AL area will continue to receive health care throughout this process at the existing Columbus CBOC.
