From I-85 N, take the US-280 E / US-431 S exit, exit 62, toward Phenix City. Turn right onto Columbus Pkwy / US-280 / US-431 / AL-1 / AL-38. Continue to follow US-280 E / US-431 S / AL-1 S. Turn Left onto Crawford Rd. Crawford Rd becomes 13th Street (crossing into Georgia). Continue on 13th street to 13th Avenue and turn left onto 13th Avenue.  The clinic will be on your right.
